So attack Speed doesn't mean a whole hell of a lot, you are wanting to spec into Cunning and anything that will increase movement and attack speed, as well as crits. The same applies for Dragon Age 2, that's what you need to do, but because it is more action oriented you are basically limited to how fast you can pull the metaphorical trigger. Dexterity isn't nearly as imporatant, yeah you want some for decent damage, but Cunning (criticals) and Attack Speed is what you wanna focus on. The more cunning you have the more criticals you hit, and the higher the critical is IIRC. If you don't play those games, Cunning for critical hits and dexterity for damage. If you play League of Legends or Dota 2, then just build the archer like the ADC, like Ashe or Catilyn. In Origins, if you like playing as an archer than you need to pump into Cunning and Dexterity.
